Acoustic Transfer Grille − ATG

The Acoustic Transfer Grille (ATG) range has been developed to reduce noise transfer or cross-talk from one are to another.
Suitable for installation in Doors, Partitions and Walls.
Single mounting flange option (ATG/F) or front mounting flange with telescopic rear flange for installation thicknesses from 42mm to 110mm (ATG/BF).
Available in a range of sizes, finishes and colours to meet you installation requirements.

Adjustable Deflection Grille − ADG

Single Adjustable Deflection Grilles and Double Adjustable Deflection Grilles, suitable for supply and extract air for either sidewall or exposed duct applications.
The single or double row of blades permit up to 45° deflection of the air, in either one or two planes.
ADG Grilles are manufactured from extruded aluminium sections.
The mitred corners being fully welded and linished.

Computer Floor Grille − CFG

Computer floor grilles (CFG) are designed for use in computer rooms with raised 600 x 600mm modular floor systems and under-floor distribution and ductwork.
CFG grilles offer excellent loading characteristics and are interchangeable within the floor grid to suit varying room layouts.
Fitted Opposed Blade Dampers (OBD) are available.

Duct Mounted Grille − DMG

Duct Mounted Grilles (DMG) suitable for the supply of cooled and heated air.
DMG Grille suitable for mounting directly onto spiral ductwork and available with manually adjustable blades.
Options are Single or Double Deflection and Opposed Blade Damper (OB).

Eggcrate Grille − ECG

Eggcrate grilles (ECG) are suitable for extract air in either sidewall or ceiling applications where a high percentage free area is required.
The aluminium eggcrate core is 12mm x 12mm with a standard flange configuration of 32mm.
Available options are Opposed Blade Damper (OB), Removable Core (RC) and Core Only (CO), and Filter Frame.

Fixed Blade Return − FBR

Fixed Blade Return grilles suitable for extract/return air in sidewall applications.
Complete with 45° blades pitched 60% free area.
Standard flanges are 32mm although 19mm are available with alignment joints to give a continuous appearance.
Available with Opposed Blade Dampers, Plenum Boxes and Plaster Frame.

Linear Bar Grille − LBG

Linear Bar Grilles − suitable for supply and extract air
Sidewall or cill applications
Available with 0°, 15°, 45° blades pitched to give either 50% or 75% free area.
Standard 32mm flanges or 19mm flanges with alignment joints for a continuous appearance
Available with Opposed Blade Dampers, Adjustable Vertical Rear Blades, Plenum Boxes and Plaster Frame.

Linear Floor Grille − LFG

Our linear floor grille is designed and manufactured to suit areas of light and medium pedestrian traffic with safety.
Easily removable core

Non Vision Grille − NVG

Non vision grilles (NVG) suitable for the transfer of air through doors or walls where ‘through vision’ is not required.
NVG grilles are manufactured from extruded aluminium sections, the mitred corners being fully welded and linished.
Grilles are available to fit openings from 100mm x 100mm up to 600mm x 600mm as a single unit.

Perforated Grille − PPG

Perforated grilles (PPG) are suitable for extract air in either sidewall or ceiling applications.
Grilles consist of a 50% free perforated sheet mounted in an aluminium frame.
Available options include Opposed Blade Damper (OB), Hinged Core (HC) and Core Only (CO), and Filter Frame.

Pressed Steel Grilles − PSG

Pressed Steel Grilles are pressed from Zintec coated steel.
67% Free Area.
Available with Intumescent Fireblock, constructed in a Zintec coated steel frame containing slats encasing strips of graphite based intumescent material.

Security Grille − SPG

Our Security grilles have been designed in conjunction with the Prison Service for supply and extract of air in places where security is a priority.
Ideal for prison institutions.
Suitable for courts, police stations and other secure buildings.
Manufactured from 3mm thick mild steel plate.
Available in three versions to meet ventilation needs in high, medium or low-security applications.

Acoustic louvres are suited for air intake or discharge ducted systems in building elevations.
Rooftop plant screening available as an acoustic enclosure
Constructed from galvanised steel with acoustic infill

Fixed Blade Louvre − FBL

Fixed blade external louvres are traditionally suited for air intake or discharge at duct work start and end of building elevations.
FBLs are often utilised as an architectural feature to modern building design with their versatility lending itself to configurations of circular or trapezoidal designs.
Roof top plant screening is also available.

Movable Blade Louvre − MBL

Movable blade louvres are suitable for supply and extract and providing a means of volume control.
Fully open, the blades, integral rain lip, are at 45° with a 100mm pitch and flanges are 38mm.
Blades are manually operated from the rear as standard.
Manual front operated and electric actuators are available.

Penthouse Tower Louvre − PTL

Penthouse Tower Louvres are rigidly constructed from aluminium extrusions.
They offer a high degree of weather protection in combination with a large free area (approx. 50%), making them excellent air intake or exhaust units for ventilation through the roof.
Penthouse louvres are made in two types, PTL/A (smaller unit) assembled and dispatched as a one-piece structure (max perimeter 4 metres, max height 0.675 metres).
PTL/B is supplied and shipped in sections, has no limitation in size apart from that dictated by economy, stability and practicality.

Adjustable Swirl Diffuser − SWA

Square & Circular Adjustable Swirl Diffusers (SWA) are suitable for use in the Supply of Cooled Air with a large temperature differential.
These units ideal for Fan Coil Units, VAV and VRF Systems.
Each slot has a manual adjustable direction blade to vary the air pattern.
The rotating supply air pattern provides a high degree of induction making these diffusers well suited to supply of both warm and cool air.

Circular Diffuser − CMD

Multi Cone Circular Diffusers, designed to handle large volumes of air and distribute it evenly in a 360° pattern.
Various blow patterns can be obtained by adjusting the core into or out of the frame simply by spinning it.
Circular diffusers manufactured with aluminium spinnings for the blades and frame with moulded plastic internal framework.
Available in wide range of sizes and finishes, with automatic adjustment option.

Circular Floor Diffuser − CFD

CFD Floor Diffusers designed for use in raised access floor air distribution systems.
CFD’s can either be used where the floor void is used as a pressurised supply air volume or, can be complete with plenum box for direct connection.

Circular Plate Diffuser − CPD

Circular Multi Cone Diffusers CPD (mounted in a 596sq plate) designed to handle large volumes of air and distribute it evenly in a 360° pattern.
Various blow patterns achievable by moving the core into or out of the frame.
Adjustable core makes adjustment of throw easy.

Curved Vane Swirl Diffuser − SWC

Square & Circular Fixed Swirl Diffusers (SWC) are suitable for Supply of Cooled Air with a large temperature differential.
These diffusers are ideal for Fan Coil Units, VAV and VRF Systems.

Displacement Terminal Diffuser − DTS

Our displacement diffusers series DTS are built in standard construction, sizes and surface finishes.
Outer active casing is made from perforated sheet steel plate,.

Their combined design and performance make them ideally suited for installation in large enclosures.

Eyelash Diffuser − ELD

Eyelash diffusers are suitable for supply air diffusion in ceiling applications.
They are particularly useful in handling high volume/reduced throw situations.
The curved blades can be arranged for 1, 2, 3 & 4 way throw patterns and can be individually set on site to adjust the air flow from horizontal to near vertical projection.
