About us

Local family business established in 2007 with over 35 years experience in the building industry.



Ryedale Testing cover the whole of the UK and are the perfect choice for air tightness testing, acoustic (sound) testing, SAP calculations and EPC certificates.



As a UKAS accredited company we are able to air test all building types described in Building Regulations L1 & L2 and we can also provide sound testing to meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part ‘E’.



We offer extract fan testing, either in conjunction with air tightness testing or as an independent service.



We are the first choice for providing SAP calculations for submission to Building Control using accredited software provided by Elmhurst Energy at competitive prices.



We also offer an extensive range of Architect’s Services including initial and detail designs, planning and building regulation applications, tenders, specifications and inspection of works in progress.
