About us

CDM and Construction Health and Safety Specialist. We provide CDM (Principal Designer, Client and Principal Contractor Advisor), Construction Contractor Annual Retainer, Construction Site Health and Safety Inspections, Site Health and Safety Documentation, Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), CPP, F10, CHAS and Constructionline Accreditations, Building Manuals, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals and Face Fit Testing and Training and other construction safety related services. Established in 2008 we provide health and safety services and specialise in the construction industry. We help project clients, designers, consultants and contractors. Our approach is straightforward, practical and realistic. Our background is in construction; hence we understand the site requirements. Our aim is to make health and safety on construction projects simple and easy. The company started in 2008 and has grown successfully since. Our founding director, Dr. Khalid Bhutto (BEng MSc PhD CMIOSH FCIOB CFaPS), is regarded as an expert in CDM and construction safety. He has helped our valued clients in managing health and safety related claims, litigation, HSE notices and enforcement.
