I decided to go with Salon Tracker for my Salon that I had just bought back in February of this year. Everything was all new to me and I hadn’t had any experience of anything before. One thing I knew I had to get was a reliable system to be able to work the sunbeds, keep track of customers minutes and store customers data as well as product stock levels and reporting. I came across Salon Tracker on the internet and contacted them for some more information on their system. From the moment they answered the phone they helped me greatly from talking me through everything to setting me up with a trial and ever since the support they have given me is out of this world and have helped me ever since. Their Knowledge, guidance and technical support is fantastic and nothing ever seems to be a problem if and when I contact them. If I ever have a day where I need anything answering the team are there on hand and have answers to help me. Another great thing I really enjoy is the remote control system they use where they can log onto the system and sort any issues that you many be facing. It’s so quick and easy! I don’t think there is a system and team like it elsewhere. I will 100% recommend Salon Tracker to anyone as not only the system is superb but the team are amazing too! Thank you Salon Tracker!
Can easily book clients and take details, have a fantastic break down report of all transactions put through and makes cashing up easier. Can adjust the calendars to how it suits us best. Can't fault the software!
Easy to navigate around the system for both staff and management. Text reminders are brilliant for clients and have reduced no shows!
The software is very simple and easy to use, support available when required. There's nothing that I dislike about the software. Its secure, its safe, you have full control of what staff do in the salon and reduces theft.
Very easy to use. Love the marketing module which allows you to text customers with offers etc. So many benefits to having Salon tracker in our Salon. Things are more organised, I can keep track of stock, sales & marketing campaigns all in the same place. The team at Salon tracker are always helpful and don't ever seem fazed when I first set up and was constantly calling with queries or advice. Lovely customer service!
