Replacing an old “up & over” with solar roller shutter. From the initial contact, home survey to instillation, I found SBI Ltd easy to work with and they provided an excellent quality product and service. The solar panel shutter is quiet and totally transforms the garage.
From first considering a Veranda from SBI to final fitting, everyone has been really friendly, polite and helpful.There were slight delays due to Covid and poor weather conditions but we have now got a wonderful covered patio area complete with remote controlled blind and light bar.Delivery was straight forward and not too long from time of ordering.Fitting was really quick, tidy and in only one day although temperatures above freezing would have been better for the guys.The finish on the product is excellent, we opted for the Victorian style in grey with toughened glass, slightly dearer but a far better end result and no rain noise.Ours wasn’t the easiest placement on a bungalow but everything looks perfect. Plus we no longer have to stand winding a long pole to put a 40 year old blind out,as in the ‘before’ picture.Yes there are other companies, but SBI had the style and finish we were looking for. You get what you pay for and we certainly got great value both in customer service, workmanship and quality. We can’t wait for the better weather to make full use of both the shade and the lighting.Thank you SBI.

SBI Ltd supplied and fitted a top of the range Awning for my new extension which essentially is a sun lounge. I can thoroughly recommend this Company as all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the time between order and completion was extended, owing to my building issues and Covid, at no time did James and the team put me under any pressure.. Thank you folks. It looks good.
I was unable to retract the awning which measures about 5m by 3.5m. Pat and John of SBI Ltd were most helpful and suggested ways to to reduce any further damage. Following a couple of days with strong winds the awning dropped to within 50cm of the ground. As this was more problematic with further strong winds forecast SBI were able the following day to send two of their operators, Gerard and Kevin, who temporarily retracted the awning making it safe until new parts arrive from Germany. I am most grateful to all for the splendid job they did as I was most concerned.
The two guys only took a day to install it and very clean and efficient. Very happy with the veranda.

Really pleased with our conservatory shade. A few brackets didn’t come with the shade, but despite this Rob took care of everything and liaised with supplier and arranged for more to be sent. He came back as soon as he could to fit them. Really pleased with end result and Rob’s good eye for detail. If you’re wondering about having one for your conservatory then take my advise and do it. It’s made such a difference and we now sit in our conservatory all the time! Thank you.

Had a 15 year old automatic blind that started behaving erratically. Phoned SBI after searching on WEB for repairers. They were prompt at returning my call and we arranged for their Representative to visit and discuss the problem. Decided that it needed new motor and a service visit was arranged speedily. Service staff arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. Serviced blind and installed new motor and explained to my 91 year old Mother in Law how the new remote worked ( and she understood!). Excellent Service all round and would definitely recommend.
I have just had my veranda installed and I am delighted with the result. It was a little difficult for me to make the decision as due to COVID we could not meet and see in person some samples but Pat was very helpful and sent me lots of information and pictures over email. Also I felt very reassured as from the moment I ordered the veranda James (the owner) called me several times to talk me through the order progression. The two men who came to installed were very courteous, did a good job and cleaned all the bits before leaving. I definitely recommend making business with them. Thank you!
Our awning was very tatty and not operating correctly. The SBI team have been excellent throughout, from the initial assessment of what was required to the final refurbishment. The fitting team members were effective and helpful. The awning is once more an attractive feature for our house.
One of our large awnings (13 years old) was stuck in the open position for days. As expected they were discontinued but SBI Ltd. saved the day and fitted new motors to both. They were given a complete overhaul and we are pleased to say that they are up and working again with a new guarantee. Many thanks to the Engineer who worked so hard on a very cold day.
My awning was fitted this week by Gerard and Kevin from SBI Ltd, I am very pleased with it this is the second awning I’ve had so I know the benefits of having one on a hot sunny day. An old awning was removed and a new SBI one installed. From the initial phone call I made to SBI the service has been excellent. Michael and his team were superb. They worked well together, explained patiently the workings of the blind to me and suggested ways in which I could ensure it worked well. After a year of not having our 10 year old awning working -originally installedd by Sanderson who no longer do awnings, we found SBI and gave them the full details of the original awning. They recommended what parts might need replacement and an order was placed for servicing and repair on the basis that if the part turned out not to be required then it would be deducted from the invice. 50% of estimated cost was paid up front. As with many companies they experienced delays due to Covid but the promised installation date was met.The operative (Gerard) was very efficient, a very tidy worker and had the awning working fine in four hours with new motor (stronger) and new control box. We exchanged the old anemometer for a vibration detector as suggested. A strong plus for the company is the fact that from our first contact, all our queries were replied to within hours. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Deserves 5*.
Michael and his Team replaced the motor on my patio awning yesterday. They arrivedd on time, moved my patio furniture to safety and worked hard on a very hot day to complete the job. They encountered a few problems which they worked together to resolve,The awning operates as new — they put the patio furniture back and swept up after themelves – all done cheerfully – thanks boys.
We are extremely pleased with our two new awnings. Very good quality and finish. During the initial survey the process or ordering, manufacturing and fitting were explained to us and we encountered no problems. Delivery was as scheduled and the fitters (Gerrard’s Team) arrived on time and worked for six hours installing our awnings. They had an unexpected problem with drilling into our house walls but they sorted it out well. They were courteous and very tidy with their work, clearing away thoroughly. Thank you.

We have used SBI for years and have three awnings on the back of our house. It is great to be able to push them in and out at the touch of a button. Sometimes we just want to sit out in the warm weather but not in direct sun so the awnings allow us to do this without having to put up free standing dusty sunshades found at the back of the garden shed.

SBI supplied and fitted the top class weinor awning ( 4 x 3) with LED lighting at a very competitive price including removal and disposal of the old awning, which other suppliers bulked at. Delivered and installed on agreed date (which was at least 2 weeks earlier than the other weinor suppliers). Pleasantly surprised at the amount of light on the patio from the LED lighting, definitely well worth the extra money. Great product and SBI was a nice company to deal with.
We had an awning and a side screen fitted yesterday and are very happy with the level of service from first contact to the installation. Although at the other end of the country, James supported us through our selection and ordering and he kept us upto date at every stage. We needed a company to replace the motor on our Sanderson awning and we have been delighted with the service provided by all the staff of SBI Ltd. All aspects of the job including a clean and service of the awning have been completed in a very professional manner. They even manged to get all the lights working again, something our electrician found impossible!!.Highly recommended.

I needed some blinds for my kitchen. I contacted SBI and spoke to James who explained the options and arranged a viewing to run through the products and measure up. There was a huge variety of blinds on offer and I picked the ones I wanted. It wasn’t long before the blinds were ready and the fitters arrived to install them. I was very pleased to find SBI on line and was equally delighted with their prompt service. Within half an hour of emailing I had received a reply and a quote within 48 hours. The advice was sound and the pattern choice impressive. SBI stuck to their dates from the start. The fitters were efficient and unobtrusive.We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. Have to say that the SBI team were very helpful and professional. Great advice given by the SBI survey’s on why the carport would not be feasible in the position we required it. I had put down a large 50% deposit on the carport but with the advice given by SBI we decided not the go ahead with the carport.I was given a mobile phone number by the survey to contact the SBI office for James, I spoke to James and he had already been made aware of the issue I then gave James my bank details and within 15 minutes the money was in my bank account. Now that is what I call a Trustworthy Professional Company.

Couldn’t be more impressed. Couldn’t find anyone in NI to help with the problem I’m having with my awning and despite not operating in my area SBI went out of their way to check the situation and provide me with information which hopefully will allow me to move forward.
SBI provided maintenance to my 10+ years old awning. The end-2-end customer experience was great. After I place my request I was contacted and a quote with the different option was provided. The field engineer who provided the service was very knowledgeable and the confidence to do the job. The payment/invoicing process was very smooth. I have my awning maintenance done exactly in 2 weeks from the time I was contacted by SBI. I was informed all the time about the progress of my request. I felt that I was in a safe pair of hands!!!

As I have no power at my garage SBI Ltd fitted a solar powered roller one. Although it took a time to complete due to virus lockdown, the finished job is great. I now do not have to struggle to open it & it looks good. The installers took virus protection removing the old door, fitting the new one, cleaning up & explaining to me how it operated all in one day.Thanks SBI Team you have done an excellent job.
SBI fitted remote control blinds for me over ten years ago. The product is superb. In all this time they have been used very frequently and have never failed. I am equally impressed with the level of service that SBI provides. Since fitting I have had the blinds serviced. I was referred to SBI by Markilux who manufactured our awning. I needed someone to do some work on our awning and wasn’t happy with the company who originally fitted it. The fitters were very professional and quickly sorted out the issue with the awning. They also serviced the awning and another one over our conservatory. Our awning broke during lockdown, so no immediate repair was possible, but SBI gave us very helpful advice on how to secure it in the meantime. When we phoned again once lockdown eased, they explained the options open to us very clearly, tracked down the relevant part and completed the repair on the date agreed. The team was very pleasant to deal with and did a thorough job. I would certainly use them again or recommend them to others, as they obviously know their business and are concerned to offer a personal service.
I have had communication with SBI for several months and finally decided to go ahead with a car port. They have been excellent from the first conversation about it and have delivered everything they said they would, which is rare these days . Was very dubious initially re sail blinds for our conservatory but I need not have worried. Excellent service from my first enquiry, quote, professional measure up and installation. It is 28° today and I cannot believe the difference in temperature when I go from the garden into the conservatory- it’s cool 😎. Visually they look amazing. Just had SBI supply and fit a carport alongside our bungalow and could not be more pleased with it. Despite the covid and their busy workload all delivery and supply dates were kept. From the rep who first called then the surveyor and the fitters we were in good hands. A big thanks to the team of 4 lead by Mick who who had had some heavy dental work the previous day and was bravely battling on and went that extra mile for us. Thanks again to all involved😀👍
Wow! I had a glass veranda installed in my garden as my garden was a sun trap. The electric awning is fantastic and blocks out all the sun. Not only is this a perfect place to relax it looks first class too. I would recommend having the light bar, this finishes the look and provide ambience at night. The guys who installed this were professional and polite. I now have a garden I love. Thanks so much.

We had an awning and a side screen fitted yesterday and are very happy with the level of service from first contact to the installation. " We ordered our Sanderson awning about fifteen years ago whilst visiting a local flower show. We have had so much use from it over the years and we were devastated when a local installer said it was not repairable and we needed a new one. We then decided to contact Sanderson who told us they no longer sold awnings and recommended SBI. I spoke to Pat Cunningham at the company who asked me to send photographs of the side of the awning. He knew the make and model and assured me that they could still obtain the parts. James Peel then arranged an appointment for the installers to call. Sorry for the late review on April /May work. We had a veranda with a polycarbonate roof and the sides also had glass sliding doors installed, we just couldn’t be more than happy with the end result. The boys that did the installation Dominic, John, Mark, and Michael were brilliant always arrived on time, and always cleaned up after themselves every day. A good experience and a great veranda/awning installation. Their initial quote was very competitive, offering a British made veranda after another company dropped their initial quote and would only install a more expensive brand. They cleared the waste up and it was very satisfying to just press a button to open the garage! The door is almost silent in operation, and the remote has a good range. I needed a replacement motor for a Sanderson awning together with a good clean of the equipment. The awning was originally bought in 2007 and has given good service. SBI were extremely efficient from start to finish. All appointments were on time and from ordering to installing the time was much quicker than we expected. In fact the whole process took less than 3 weeks. The workmanship of the installers Gerard and Steven was excellent, they were efficient, timely and left the site spotless. I spoke to David on Saturday about my blind not retracting and by Tuesday John and Dominic had come and repaired it. All three people were very efficient. David to set up the repair quickly as obviously the blind not retracting was dangerous in the wind. He also phoned when he said he would. John and Dominic arrived early and repaired the motor quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of SBI Halstead.
After purchasing an awning from VidaXL (good value, but self-assembly was a massive understatement), it took me nearly 6 weeks to find a company that would take on the assembly and installation of a deconstructed electric cassette patio awning. I worked through 4-5 different companies, before listing the job on BARK. SBI was the first company to come back to me (almost immediately) and I very quickly had a quote and date for installation. On the install date (which happened to be the hottest day of the year) two experienced guys tackled this beast of a 4.5m x 3m awning assembly, and within a few hours had it constructed and on the wall. The job certainly took longer than expected but they cracked on, despite having to move to several other jobs after (sorry about that!). In fairness, I did explain in advance that this would be fiddly! Since installation, it transpires that there is likely a product fault so I’ve gone back to the supplier to remedy it, but James (Peel) has been great at troubleshooting and offering solutions. Communication was brilliant all the way through, quick responses and extremely knowledgable people, with good reliable people installing. I’d definitely use SBI again, but would most likely source the awning through them too, as these online “DIY” versions aren’t always what they’re cracked up to be. Thanks for helping! "

I’m not sure if my last email was sent, so just to be on the safe side I will repeat it. We were very pleased with the work that Dominic and John did to re-cover our awning and fix a new motor. They were cheerful and efficient, completed the work in good time, and explained everything clearly. From the initial quote to the day of the build I encountered very good service. Both Dom and John arrived promptly. After a quick discussion about the pitch, I required they set about to work. They were quick and efficient and had it built before my kids were home from school which was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me some pointers on keeping it clean as my last carport was disgusting by the time the storm in February ripped it apart. Jez and Steve arrived promptly on Monday 4th April. It was cold and wet, but they were not deterred. They completely serviced our 16 year old Thomas Sanderson awning and fitted a new motor, new remote and new wind sensor, explaining how it all worked. Absolute transformation after the pre-existing and inferior veranda was removed by SBI and the new installation including the victorian uprights and brackets was completed…we are delighted with both the finish and the first class workmanship of Gerard and Steven…I would highly recommend SBI.
" I cannot express my experience in anything other than EXCEPTIONAL! ! We have an excellent Thomas Sanderson awning which was installed around 20 years ago. It stopped working, it is a very large awning 8 metres in length, the motor had failed with the awning OUT!! We are in a wide open area with high winds, it was VERY worrying. I contacted Thomas Sanderson who immediately recommended SBI, as Thomas Sanderson have ceased selling awnings. I spoke to David Veevers in the SBI office, he was brilliant, I sent photos for him to identify the model and he confirmed that they could fit a new motor. This was on Thursday 3rd in late afternoon, he said they would get it done on Saturday 5th, but there was a chance they could do it on Friday 4th if the other job they were doing locally went well!! We tied the awning down with ropes etc attached to heavy chimney pots etc! Thursday night was a NIGHTMARE we laid awake in bed unable to do anything except listen to the wind and watch the fabric billowing up and down, we had hardly any sleep. I texted David at 5am telling him the situation!! Soon after 11am, yes Friday 4th Michael and his Team arrived, with the wind still blowing they all did a FANTASTIC job!! Within about a couple of hours a new motor had been fitted with remote, a new wind sensor, along with a clean and service. FROM MY FIRST CONTACT WITH SBI EVERYTHING SORTED AND COMPLETED IN UNDER 24 HOURS!! Up until Thursday I had never heard of SBI NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND SBI WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. A HUGE ‘Thank You!’ "

We had an issue with our Markilux awning and since the company we purchased it from had ceased trading we contacted Markilux UK who put us in touch with SBI. After inspection SBI quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that involved the manufacture of spreader plates to support the very heavy awning. The 4 man team came a few days ago and completed a fantastic job to re-install and upgrade the awning and replace the motor. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend SBI to anyone. We will continue to use them for servicing the awning in the future.

Our old awning motor gave up the ghost after 15 years of good service, so we decided to buy a new one instead of having it repaired, browsing several awning companies we came across SBI Ltd, the reviews were all 5 star so we decided to give them a call.What can I say? the response from SBI was first class from beginning to end, no hard selling, gave us an honest quote, one visit to choose the colour and to measure up for the new awning.The two lads that did the installation were more than helpful, going above and beyond the norm, as we live in a mid terrace house they had to access the property with the heavy awning through our neighbours end of terrace passing over fences etc.They were courteous and friendly, they did a fantastic job, dismantled and disposed of the old awning and left the area spotless.The awning itself is fantastic, the motor is very quiet, the integrated LED lights are brilliant ( literally) the whole patio area is bathed in light, ideal for dining in the darker nights and fully controlled by the modern remote control.Thank you SBI Ltd . for a first class service.

" SBI recently completed a repair and part re-installation of our Markilux electrical awning. The awning had been troublesome for some time and failed several times. We found SBI on the internet, asking them to sort the problem but giving only a few days to sort it before we were having a charity fundraising event in our garden!The reason for this review is simply to thank SBI for a job well done! Clearly, the task was greater than expected, necessitating taking two trips and a lot of patience. Michael, Mark, and Dave were superb, clearly determined to sort the difficulty and not finish until they were successful. The original installer refused to repair the awning because it was out of guarantee. SBI quickly established, with the help of photographs, the model and name of the manufacturer and did an excellent job in one week from the initial contact to completion. SBI Ltd has been a first-class company to deal with. From our first inquiry regarding the repair and service of our awning, the service was excellent. The engineers carrying out the work arrived on the due date and time. Their work was clean and efficient resulting in our awning looking and operating like new. We would recommend them without hesitation.
Delighted with the repair it’s now as good as new.
I have nothing but the utmost praise for SNI. They installed my remote-controlled screens many years ago and they have worked perfectly since. On the two occasions I have had to call them out (both times due to my stupidity rather than a product fault) they have been friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. I wish I could rate more highly than 5 stars.
Had my Markilux blinds for a long time and they needed some attention. Contacted SBI and sent some photos. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and we agreed on the work required. They sent a couple of experienced engineers who serviced the blinds, replaced the motors, sensors, and controllers, and updated the wiring. Blinds now operate as new and are guaranteed for 5 years. Would certainly recommend it for new or existing installations.
We have had a very positive experience from SBI Ltd in choosing, ordering and installing our Vernanda. The sales team were very supportive in helping us to choose the right product. The price was competitive and we were able to pick a suitable installation date to fit in to our building project timescales. The installation team were excellent carrying out the install quickly and professionally. Everyone who has visited out house comments on how good the Vernanda looks on the back of the house. It has been a couple of weeks since the install and we are extremely happy.
We had a broken Sanderson Nexus awning. Motor was replaced and mechanism serviced. All completed professionally and without fuss. I’d recommend SBI and will use them to service my awning in a few years.
From initial quote to the day of the build I encountered very good service.Both Dom and John arrived promptly. After a quick discussion about the pitch I required they set about to work. They were quick and efficient and had it built before my kids were home from school which was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me some pointers on keeping it clean as my last carport was disgusting by the time the storm in February ripped it apart. I just had an awning installed on my house. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Great communication and knowledge from James and Pat about the process! Installation by Mark and Michael was quick and they were very polite and helpful especially when explaining the aftercare and how it works. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We contacted a few carport providers but after speaking to David we decided on SBI as he was very helpful in every aspect of our request. The reviews were good and there was a guarantee. James then took over with arrangements and he was helpful, friendly and professional making sure the process was as straightforward as possible. Gerard and Steven constructed our lovely carport. They worked hard, they cleared any rubbish and were pleasant and friendly people. Therefore from our experience we can recommend SBI Carports.
Jez and Steve arrived promptly on Monday 4th April. It was cold and wet, but they were not deterred. They completely serviced our 16 year old Thomas Sanderson awning and fitted a new motor, new remote and new wind sensor, explaining how it all worked. They left after some 3+ hours on site and we were completely satisfied with their workmanship.

Replacing an old “up & over” with solar roller shutter.From the initial contact, home survey to instillation, I found SBI Ltd easy to work with and they provided an excellent quality product and service.The solar panel shutter is quiet and totally transforms the garage.

After searching for months I spotted a photograph on the web, posted by SBI, which looked like the answer to our problem in needing a veranda for our patio that was not a standard solution. The team were competent, professional and took a pride in their work, working around any issues arising during the construction. The finished result will allow us year round use of the covered area.

Over three days Michael and the competent team from SBI Ltd achieved what three other carport/canopy companies could not or would not do. The removal of the existing car port on the first day was a challenge especially during the inclement weather. The installation of the lovely new car port and roller shutter garage door was completed over the following two days and their workmanship was second to none.Many thanks to everyone involved including Pat and James.
I cannot express my experience in anything other than EXCEPTIONAL! ! We have an excellent Thomas Sanderson awning which was installed around 20 years ago. It stopped working, it is a very large awning 8 metres in length, the motor had failed with the awning OUT!! We are in a wide open area with high winds, it was VERY worrying. I contacted Thomas Sanderson who immediately recommended SBI, as Thomas Sanderson have ceased selling awnings.I spoke to David Veevers in the SBI office, he was brilliant, I sent photos for him to identify the model and he confirmed that they could fit a new motor. This was on Thursday 3rd in late afternoon, he said they would get it done on Saturday 5th, but there was a chance they could do it on Friday 4th if the other job they were doing locally went well!!We tied the awning down with ropes etc attached to heavy chimney pots etc! Thursday night was a NIGHTMARE we laid awake in bed unable to do anything except listen to the wind and watch the fabric billowing up and down, we had hardly any sleep. I texted David at 5am telling him the situation!! Soon after 11am, yes Friday 4th Michael and his Team arrived, with the wind still blowing they all did a FANTASTIC job!! Within about a couple of hours a new motor had been fitted with remote, a new wind sensor, along with a clean and service.FROM MY FIRST CONTACT WITH SBI EVERYTHING SORTED AND COMPLETED IN UNDER 24 HOURS!!Up until Thursday I had never heard of SBI NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND SBI WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.A HUGE 'Thank You!'
Pat and James in the office were charming and straight up, and installers Gerard and Steven did a fantastic job of our awning, making our shopfront look brand new again. (Gerard even followed up with a photo of all the cigarette ends that had been chucked out by our upstairs neighbours and been caught in the old awning, so stern words with them have been had!) A real pleasure dealing with SBI from start to finish.
I needed a covered side of the house passage. The SBI team provided a quote quickly, stuck to that and delivered ahead of the announced schedule.The team on site were very courteous and efficient. The final result is great and even better than I anticipated. Definitely recommend both the pre-fab carport / veranda and the team.
From first considering a Veranda from SBI to final fitting, everyone has been really friendly, polite and helpful.There were slight delays due to Covid and poor weather conditions but we have now got a wonderful covered patio area complete with remote controlled blind and light bar.Delivery was straight forward and not too long from time of ordering.Fitting was really quick, tidy and in only one day although temperatures above freezing would have been better for the guys.The finish on the product is excellent, we opted for the Victorian style in grey with toughened glass, slightly dearer but a far better end result and no rain noise.Ours wasn't the easiest placement on a bungalow but everything looks perfect. Plus we no longer have to stand winding a long pole to put a 40 year old blind out,as in the 'before' picture.Yes there are other companies, but SBI had the style and finish we were looking for. You get what you pay for and we certainly got great value both in customer service, workmanship and quality. We can't wait for the better weather to make full use of both the shade and the lighting.Thank you SBI.
SB1 have given me excellent service in choosing, ordering and installing my awning. The staff in the office and the installers werewere very helpful and they took a great deal of trouble to ensure the safety of the awning. Would definitely recommend this company.
Michael and his team installed a veranda and an awning with integrated lighting for me. They did a stunning job. Experienced, professional and focussed. A pleasure to have in the house. The final result totally exceeded my expectations. A lovely piece of kit. Can't recommend highly enough.

SBI installed a Canoport product, Simplicity 16, to cover a paved area at the side of the house creating an outdoor room for all occasions. The advice given during the survey and the work carried out by the SBI installers was excellent. I would recommend SBI for similar installations.
SBI Ltd supplied and fitted a top of the range Awning for my new extension which essentially is a sun lounge. I can thoroughly recommend this Company as all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the time between order and completion was extended, owing to my building issues and Covid, at no time did James and the team put me under any pressure.. Thank you folks. It looks good.

SBI recently installed a 7m long car port in my driveway that is attached to the side wall of my property. They also installed a solar powered roller door at the front. This gives me security and privacy as well as the appearance of a conventional garage - not just a car port.IT IS AMAZING!!!A very skilled team of fitters arrived on time and completed the work in a day. The work carried out was of the highest order in terms of quality.The team were polite, very tidy and seemingly conscientious about doing a good job of the fitting.The boss of SBI came and kept an eye on the work so there was no mistakes and a certain standard was maintained - also a big thanks to Hamish who was contracted out as part of the install team. He also measured the job, which was complex & made suggestions to what would work best. Nothing was too much trouble.Recommend, YES, no hesitation and would use again.Thanks SBI.
Really pleased with our awning. Very easy company to deal with. Got exactly what we wanted with some extras like the built in lights which we love! Installers were also great, all done on time, very little disruption and great attention to detail. And very competitively priced. Thoroughly recommend.

Very impressed with SBI from the outset. We had a fault with one of our old awnings which could not be replaced as the company that made them had long since gone bust. They were the only company I contacted that offered to come and do a free no obligation onsite inspection so the quote I was given was accurate. We needed a company to replace the motor on our Sanderson awning and we have been delighted with the service provided by all the staff of SBI Ltd.All aspects of the job including a clean and service of the awning have been completed in a very professional manner.
