Excellent service to recondition my loft ladders
Fantastic service, I was looking for a part (wires) for approximately 100 year old pull down wooden attic ladder. Unbelievably they were able to supply the part even though this type of staircases had not been manufactured by them for around 30 years - they even sent a copy of the original instructions. My husband fitted the wires with no problems and ladder now back to fine working order. A big thank you to Brian and Jean for their exceptional advice and service - and to despatch department too as ordered late on Friday and arrived Monday.
