An outstanding service. From the staff taking calls to the team coming out. They give a time when coming and always come in to the come showing respect not only for staff but most importantly the residents. Polite friendly service and nothing is to much trouble.

We have been using SCM for many years and have found them to be reliable, helpful, honest, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

SCM very knowledgeable, supportive and consistent with their support with all our equipment within our home. Whole team very friendly nothing is to much trouble. We have been valid customers for many years now.

We have been with SCM now for a few years now we did start using them for fire alarms but we now use them for the nursing equipment side i.e slings, hoist , baths. we are a care home based in kent so being a care home we need companies that can reacted quickly on call outs and have the knowledge when on site to find the faults and repair equipment. SCM 100% dose this. the team that comes out to our site are very friendly and hard working. As we are a care home health & safety is a big thing but the team at SCM are very hot on this I would Highly recommend Scm to anyone they are outstanding

The Care Home that I Manage has been dealing with SCM for many years, during this time SCM have provided a fantastic service, with call outs at short notice, rebuilds for an old system and also commissioned new fire alarm and Nurse call systems in the home, with minimal disruption to the care home and the residents that live there. The team that visit our service are always professional, friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, I would recommend SCM 100%.

We have worked with Southern Care Maintenance for many many years and they have always provided us at Hollybank Residential Home with a very professional personal service. We often require emergency visits and we know that an engineer will attend at very short notice or at unsociable hours. We have required parts that are no longer made (older system) and Southern Care that have either out sourced or made the part especially for us.

Being the owner / manager of a small care home I have several critical areas to think about. Southern Care Maintenance have taken away the stress of the fire alarm, lighting and nurse call systems by providing the equipment necessary and maintaining it on a regular basis. The service that I receive is fantastic and very personalised. I have more recently used their knowledge and skills to assist me problem solve with providing equipment to reduce the risk of falls and also alarming all doors at Valerie Manor which are all linked into the nurse call system, ensuring minimal disruption and cost. The staff, both in the office and on site are professional, skilled and experienced in dealing with the work in the care setting.

Nellsar has 13 Care Centres around Kent, Essex, East Sussex and Surrey and Southern Care Maintenance provides excellent cover for all of them.
We have worked with Southern Care for a number of years and have always found them quick to respond and with a fantastic level of service.
