In 1949, WH Sprague and LJ Ouseley, the original partners, founded Sprague & Ouseley Ltd in a garage on New North Road in Exeter. The company has been in existence for over 70 years. With the company's growth, it was necessary to move to Okehampton Street and then to Tudor Street. The company moved to its current location in 2003, which is located in Matford Park, Marsh Barton, Silverton Road.

Father and son are still the owners and operators of the company, which became incorporated in 1978. Several of our employees have been with us for more than 25 years. As a customer-friendly company, we only hire qualified tradesmen for our projects.

As a local company serving Exeter, Devon and surrounding areas, we offer all types of plumbing, heating, domestic and commercial gas and oil installation, heat pumps and solar heating.
