We happened upon The Printed Bag Shop quite accidentally but are glad we did! They had an excellent sale on that made it really affordable for us to go with them. We wondered a bit about the quality of the bags we would receive but needn't have worried as they were excellent. There was only a slightly hiccup regarding communication around our artwork but other than that everything went smoothly and the bags were even delivered ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. We've already recommended The Printed Bag shop to a few of our business colleagues as well and we'll definitely use them again!

I thought the service was good overall. We were happy with the product and end result. However I did not like being passed from sales assistant to manager to accountant. I would have preferred just to deal with one person for the entire duration of my order, otherwise it gets too confusing. I also felt there wasn't enough contact made during the time after the order was placed and when it was delivered to let me know the stage the production was at. I would have appreciated some more information during that time. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and with the product
