As part of our product range we have recently produced a rugged and reusable RFID / barcoded tag, showing our product attached to an EAS tag, although it can also be easily attached through the pin hole like a conventional 'swing ticket.'

It has to be printed on the right media, e.g. paper, laminated, plastic coated, for appropriate protection during use. Finally it needs to use the correct adhesive to stay permanently attached. Torchwood are registered with GS1 with full "Solution Partner Status", and are therefore highly qualified to advise on the use of, and the provision of bar codes.
We have the expertise and manufacturing capability for all bar code labels, from the simplest paper tags to the most sophisticated domed plastic tags and adhesives that will withstand the toughest of environments.

NFC
NFC -Near Field Communication allows the transfer of information using wireless technology between two end points (i.e. two NFC-enabled smartphones or an NFC-enabled smartphone and an NFC 'tag').
