About us

Established in 1982 Traditional Roof Lanterns have been the market leaders in bringing natural daylight into your home. We have created over 7000 lanterns to date Each lantern can be custom made in approximately 4-6 weeks, we also offer a warehouse range as well, where economic benefits are reflected in the prices.

A roof lantern will enhance any room. Made from (FSC) hardwood timber and painted with high quality micro porous paints along with double glazed panels and aluminium capping’s, your roof lantern will require virtually no maintenance and comes with a 10 year guarantee. Although white is our standard and most popular colour we can match virtually any colour you require using the RAL system.

Colours from Farrow Ball and the Little Green Paint Company are also available. We are happy to install or supply only, for your builder to install. In addition to our tradition wooden roof lanterns we also supply a new range of contemporary aluminium roof lanterns through our sister company Lighthouse, where instant quotes are available on-line.

Using our experience of over thirty years we have developed these new aluminium roof lanterns using the Atlas system to be slimmer.
