Air Ballast on Autoclaves Provides New Lease of Life
20 June 2008
Time efficient new product range of autoclaves from LTE Scientific
The media cycle on an autoclave is usually the longest cycle and lessens the number of cycles achievable per day. This can be both wasteful in time and energy but LTE Scientific have just released the new Touchclave- R to improve the process.
The new range of autoclaves from LTE Scientific include air ballast as standard which allows both sealed and unsealed media and liquid cycles to be quickly cooled. The air ballast will also protect the load from risk of breakage or volume loss which can be a common problem encountered in the media cycle process.
Other new features include the pneumatic door sealing system which allws you to simply push the door closed without the need for bolts, levers or automatic locks and seals. The door will only be release once the cycle has completed. Familiar to all LTE autoclave users will be the the easy to use touchscreen panel with multiple levels of security which prevent against unauthorized tampering of the cycle settings, included in the Touchclave- R autoclave range.
