Permanent Pothole Repair cold lay asphalt concrete from Ultracrete, is as the name suggests, THE permanent pothole repair solution for roads, pavements, car parks and driveways. As well as causing a significant dent in highway maintenance budgets from repairing the same potholes time and time again due to previous insufficient repairs, potholes are also a burden on local authorities facing increasing compensation claims from motorists.
