26 February 2007
Since 1993, Packline has manufactured lifting solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications. Their Compac range is popular both here and abroad, with their stainless steel model proving to be a winner with customers operating in the Food, Dairy,
Always open to customer feedback and suggestion, Packline have noted comments and opinions from users of their equipment, and have incorporated the best ideas in the design of the Compac Mk5. This new and improved lifting machine is now at the leading edge of design; the most immediately apparent improvement is that of ergonomics and style. The purpose-designed compact framework, positioning of handlebars and addition of an optional remote control device provide improved manoeuvrability and ease of use for the operator Taking account of the latest heath and safety standards and EU directives additional safety features have been incorporated to further protect operating personnel and satisfy the increasing demands of insurance companies. Features include the addition of a disengaging drive assembly helping prevent the risk of crush injuries to personnel or materials damage, and the provision of an electronic overload trip ensuring the load capacity is not exceeded. The New Compac MK5 stainless steel welded construction, high build quality and incredibly small footprint makes the lifting machine a natural choice for to-days narrow production lines and demanding lifting requirements. The flexible design and choice of over 50 standard attachments provides customers with an off the shelf lifting or handling solution to suit most applications In addition Packline offers a full in house design to manufacture service enabling the company to provide its customers with a full bespoke lifting solution to meet their specific needs. Packline Managing Director, Chris Baker said “We have made some major improvements at little or no cost being passed on the end-users. We are proud to offer a world-class product fully CE marked and rigorously tested the Compac and its attachments are backed up with detailed technical files, documentation and full technical support.
