They are available from Metrix Electronics Ltd* in Migan 7-segment numeric, Migra dot-matrix alphanumeric/ graphical or combined technology formats. Their light-weight aluminium construction enables single or multi-line displays to be constructed for factory or outdoor use with a wide selection of characters per line. Character sizes up to 250mm in height offer a viewing range up to 100 metres, which can be extended using double-sided models.
New graphical versions having a panel size up to 3 x 2 metres (384 x 256 pixels) are said to be the largest of their type available on the market today. Bright red, green or multi-colour (red/green/yellow) LED versions are available.
The choice of industrial interfaces covers: Fieldbus (Ethernet, Profibus-DP, CANopen, Interbus), serial, analogue, pulse or BCD inputs. *Metrix Electronics is the exclusive UK agent for microSYST Systemelectronic GmbH.
