Endress+Hauser’s newest range of two-wire flowmeters is the perfect solution for accurate and reliable flow measurement of mass or volume, liquid, steam or gas.
The modular design of the Proline 200 range offers common operation, software and housing, as well as many common spare parts and interfaces. Specially developed to meet the needs of the chemical industry, the range has been designed in accordance with SIL to IEC 61508, so can be used in safety systems. The uniform nature of the devices, including the world’s first Coriolis meter with genuine two-wire technology, allows them to be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructures and control systems.A new transmitter design has led to the development of the first true two-wire Coriolis flowmeter, the Promass 200, for mass, volume, density or temperature measurements in gases or liquids. Not only does the two-wire concept reduce the cost of commissioning, maintenance and installation, but it also offers high operational safety in hazardous areas thanks to an intrinsically safe (Ex ia) design.
Also available are the Promag 200 electromagnetic flowmeter for volume flow measurement of conductive liquids and the Prowirl 200 vortex flowmeter for liquids, gases and steam. All have been developed in accordance with SIL or NAMUR recommendations (NE131 and NE132) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
All new Proline flowmeters are fitted with Heartbeat technology to provide continuous or on-demand diagnostics, monitoring and verification. The unparalleled self-monitoring capability ensures your flowmeter is functioning correctly, independent of process and ambient conditions, and offers complete flexibility to plan proof-testing and other maintenance with minimal effort and exposure of personnel.
