WPS Launches Another Smash Hit

WPS has taken its BC200 automated pay on foot parking system to another level with the launch of its new Version 8 software, which is fully IP compatible for voice, image and data.
Featuring the three ‘most wanted’ functions - better integration, greater control and more flexibility - the software package delivers a host of practical benefits for car park operators.
Better integration:
Use of a standard SQL database means that functions can be combined to suit individual needs and managed interactively via standard applications. This includes full integration with Cinergic notice processing; better integration with third party systems, such as Pay by Mobile; the facility to incorporate options such as pass cards and value cards that are usable nationwide; and the ability for clients and their customers to manage these via the Internet.
Greater control:
The BC200, car park intercoms, CCTV and ANPR systems can all be linked via IP to a central control room. This enables control of multiple or clusters of car parks throughout the UK and globally through a single webenabled graphical user interface managed at one or more control centres to suit.
More flexibility:
Full IP compatibility (voice, image and data) makes the entire BC200 system far more flexible. With all terminals and peripherals now able to be integrated over an IP network, the need for hard wiring is minimised which considerably broadens options for equipment location and management.
