Eriez Magnetics Europe strengthen recycling connections

10 November 2015

Eriez Europe attended the Recycling Technik 2015 exhibition in Dortmund, Germany on the 4th & 5th of November to further develop their recycling connections across the continent. Eriez’ attendance at multiple recycling exhibitions this year strengthens their worldwide presence and ongoing success in the recycling industry.

As the cost of sending material to landfill continues to increase throughout Europe, the emphasis placed on recovering optimum, clean fractions of ferrous and non-ferrous material has never been greater. With generations of technical expertise and experience on offer, Eriez are perfectly placed to provide a full range of separation equipment to the recycling industry, serving all requirements and applications.

Hundreds of visitors have called on Eriez’ exhibition stands throughout 2015, visiting from Europe and beyond. Their high profile attendance at RWM in the UK in September along with the more recent Recycling Technik has resulted in a number of significant orders being placed along with opportunities to develop long-term working relationships.

These advancements come following the launch of the state-of-the-art recycling equipment test facility at Eriez’ European headquarters in South Wales, UK, which has been instrumental to their success in the recycling industry this year.

In addition to the interest in Eriez’ new products launched at exhibitions this year, including the NG24 Eddy Current Separator and Tri-Sep station, a number of enquiries have been generated for their popular Overband Magnets, Magnetic Pulleys as well as Drum Magnets for use in the recycling industry and beyond.  These products offer a reliable, cost-effective solution for customers looking to recover ferrous material and are a vital part of an Eddy Current Separator process, where all ferrous metal needs to be removed prior to being passed through.

Gareth Meese, Sales Director at Eriez Europe commented, “Exhibitions this year have proven to be very successful for Eriez and RWM 2015 provided the perfect platform to showcase our latest developments to visitors.  With operational equipment on display, the Eriez team were able to demonstrate the high level of non-ferrous metal separation achievable when using our Eddy Current Separators. We’re now focussed on building the momentum and interest gained from the shows and following up on the surge of customer requests to test their samples at our recycling test centre. We look forward to continuing our success at exhibitions in 2016 and providing customers with the most effective ferrous and non-ferrous separation solutions.”
