Accidents caused by tripping and falling over loose wires and cables, often with dreadful consequences, are preventable.
So many of the cover up operations performed by Vulcascot happen when it is too late and it is this culture of “after the horse has bolted” that the Company is trying to reverse through posters and mailings to Safety Officers across industry today. The “Watch out….” campaign has been created to raise awareness of the lurking dangers of cables that are left meandering and unprotected across any type of surface found in offices and shopping malls to oil rigs and construction sites.
Vulcascot has just launched their Hazard Range of cable protectors designed around their top selling Snap Fit sections but incorporating yellow, red or blue high visibility stripes. These new Hazard Warning sections are absolutely ideal in areas of subdued lighting or for giving advance warning of a low lying cable protector.
The safety features of the Vulcascot range are endless but of major importance is the fact that the product is essentially halogen free which means that in the event of a fire the product will not give off toxic gasses leading to eye and lung damage.
