46 Directors prosecuted under Section 37

Over the last 12 months, 46 Directors have been prosecutd under Section 37 of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. If those, 12 were given immediate custodial or suspended sentences and 2 were disqualified.
Health & Safety legislaton can be a minefied at the best of times for even the most knowledgeable, but legislation is law and ignorance is no defence.
