Service We aim to provide the best possible price and service and will match any genuine like-for-like quote so you can be confident you have made the right decision. We will customise the level of service to suit you from fully comprehensive to a single callout.If you are already a customer, you will get preferential rates and we aim to attend your callout either the same day or the following morning. If an engineer cannot get to you quickly or we need to order you parts we offer our customers FREE loan equipment, thus minimising your down time.
We repair, service, and calibrate virtually all equipment in your surgery providing you with certification to meet all current legislation. What’s more we record the service data on our data base so that if you misplace your documentation we have it covered at no extra charge.
We will remind you when services are due so you will never be out of calibration.

We will provide staff training on your equipment either at our premises or on site as often as you require so staff turnover need never be a problem.
