Over the last few years I have been asked on many occasions if I can produce an e-book explaining how to ensure that your hog roast business can become a successful one.
So I have written an on-line document, which will explain, quite simply, how to ensure you don’t make the usual mistakes I made when I first started.This has been written mainly for start-ups and anyone new to the industry, but I hope a few of you experienced roasters will find it useful too.
