Lasermet shows off the Falcon Active Speed Door and the latest Laser Castle V8 Laser Safety Cabin at MACH 2020 on Stand 17-543

Lasermet, the Laser Safety Engineers, present the Falcon Active Speed Door - the FAST ACTING ROLLER SHUTTER DOOR for laser processing.
In addition, “Laser Castle V8”, the modular, rapid-build LASER SAFETY CABIN with “Laser Jailer” Active Laser Guarding for multi-kW lasers is also on demonstration. Lasermet is the UK laser safety company that manufactures laser safety cabins, laser roller shutter doors, laser interlock® control systems and active laser guarding systems to prevent the escape of dangerous laser radiation in laser processing environments.
For laser welding, laser cutting or cladding, the safety of personnel is paramount and this is where inclusion of Lasermet’s laser safety equipment is essential.
Lasermet products are certified to conform to the relevant laser safety standards of BS EN IEC 60825.
The cabins, auto-doors and active guarding systems all integrate with Lasermet’s laser interlock® controllers which, in turn, connect to the system PLC or controller for complete automation integration.
