Coronavirus and Keys
12 March 2020
Dear valued customer
I am sending this brief message because we have had various customers asking what we are doing to mitigate the risk of infection when we supply keys and locks to you.We are confident that our service does not present any risk but to allay any fears I confirm that we are following government guidelines for our staff (at the time of writing we have no-one requiring self isolation) and are now wiping all keys/locks down with disinfectant wipes prior to shipping. This is an extra precaution in the current period. Although the chance of any products still carrying a live virus by the time they reach you is negligible, we still recommend that you wash your hands after handling, as you should after opening other mail.
If you have any other queries please do not hesitate to call. In the meantime I wish you well in these difficult times.
