Hospitality automation system shortlisted for Technology Innovation award

The ConnectSmart Hospitality Automation Solution from Call-Systems Technology has been shortlisted for the Hostec Innovation Awards.
Visitors will be able to see the system in action for themselves on the CST stand, H1335, at Hostec / Hotelympia, 1st - 4th March, where they'll also be able to vote for their favourite in the 'Peoples' Choice' Innovation Award.Developed in the USA by QSR Automations®, ConnectSmart links every part of the restaurant together - reception, bar, waiters, chefs and management, automating all critical activities to achieve the highest efficiency, quality and customer service, generating increased sales and repeat business.
The innovative kitchen automation software and hardware package brings high reliability to a harsh environment whilst streamlining operations, improving food quality and capturing production information. Meanwhile the seating and wait list management software increases table turns and satisfies customer preferences. Real-time dashboards allow staff to constantly monitor each guest's status and key metrics. Using the ConnectSmart solutions together adds data points, ensuring operators successfully manage and capture the entire customer experience.
