Liverpools' Document Solution Centre is one-stop facility

The new facility opened in March in the citys' new Commercial Quarter.
Aimed at the legal sector and local businesses, the Centre can provide a tailored and complete document solution service including digital copying and printing, litigation copying, finishing and binding, document scanning, posters, plans and designs.The Document Solution Centre run by OCS at 1 St Paul’s Square will rely on OCS’ expertise in this area and latest technologies, such the Ricoh C900 digital press - one of the first machines of its kind in the North West to carry out high quality colour printing, to ensure clients receive a value service delivered to the highest standards.
OCS Operations Director, Graham Proudfoot;
“We plan to provide businesses in Liverpool with an on-the-doorstep outsourcing solution providing everything they would ever need to do with a document. We are not just another ‘copy shop’ - we’re leading the way by focusing our expertise on providing a wide range of business-related products. We have the facilities for bulk print and mail and can extend our services to include full business processes including transactional print. We can offer professional advice and all of our contract customers will benefit from a designated account manager. We expect these facilities will also be used by the travelling businessperson who might, for example, wish to download and print off 500 documents while they wait.”
The Centre will be available 24 hours a day including weekends by appointment and customers can use the Centre in person or remotely via the internet from their own office. Hot-desking facilities and free wi-fi are also available for customers.
High quality service delivery will be matched by competitive pricing and promotions. New customers will receive a 20 per cent reduction on services for their first month and regular discounts when they open an account.
