J & J One-Stop Approach
03 October 2007
Johnsen & Jorgensen provides an all-inclusive product development service to the UK’s cosmetics and toiletries sector.
Recognising that packaging plays a crucial role in the marketing of health and beauty products, Johnsen & Jorgensen, the specialist bottle, jar and container supplier and sole agent for Rebhan FPS, now provides an all-inclusive product development service to the UK’s cosmetics and toiletries sector.
The company, working in close partnership with its customers and suppliers, strives to produce distinctive pack solutions, either off the shelf or unique, all designed to meet the challenges of today’s highly competitive market place.
J&J’s one-stop service has been developed in response to brand managers demand for a simplified product development and sourcing process. With many managers admitting to spending far too much time juggling with different suppliers for bottles, caps and closures, not to mention product decoration and printing it’s easy to see why the J&J approach should cut down on bottlenecks, shortages and mis-matched components.
J&J’s integrated packaging service is based on state of the art high speed injection, extruded, blow moulded and injection stretch blow moulded production lines offering a comprehensive choice of materials such as PE, PP & PET, coupled to advanced in house toolmaking facilities.
Likewise, decorating services are also in house and include silkscreen printing, surface lacquering, laminating, hot foil blocking and metalising, all designed to produce distinctive cost effective packs that reflect the quality of the contents and act as a strong point of sale incentive.
With many years experience in the supply and development of cosmetic containers for leading producers in the health and beauty sector, Johnsen & Jorgensen today maintains a network of regional warehouses offering a wide variety of products and flexibility in order quantities, designed to make life much easier for under pressure brand managers.
