A4 Plus Drawing Services Ltd is starting to see the first signs of economic recovery.
A4 Plus has certainly seen some improvement within the industry which, bearing in mind they’re working within sectors very heavily hit by the recession, i.e. Engineering and Recruitment, it’s very positive indeed!Within these sectors, the first quarter of 2010 has seen a 70% increase in sales compared to the first quarter of the previous year - an increase predominantly lead within the recruitment sector.
What it is they say – ‘Turnover is Vanity’ but ‘Profit is Sanity’! Well, overall profitability for the company has also seen an increase – albeit just 2% - but again, in these difficult times, quite an achievement.
So what does this say about the local Cambridgeshire area?
Steve Wild, Director at A4 Plus, commented; “customers – both existing and new - have lead the way with requirements for additional personnel, helping to generate our overall sales improvement. We’re delighted to report an increase of 100% for ‘on-site’ staffing levels this first quarter when compared to the same period last year”.
