Warmer homes with Warmcoat Energy Saving Paint

The Problem Earlier this year Southwark Council asked if we could help with condensation problems in Marvel House, five-storey flats at Ports Corner. The buildings have 18” solid masonry walls, tapering off to 13” on the top floor and all flats have 2 or 3 exposed walls. These exposed walls have historically been prone to continuing condensation forming on the internal surface. As well as being unsightly, health concerns are often linked with condensation problems. The Solution and Results The solution was simple. Two coats of Thermilate Warmcoat Energy Saving Paint were applied to the external walls, internally.
