OCS NEW EC-Essential that compromises on Price but not on Quality

OCS Checkweighers are well-known for providing high-end, flexible Checkweighers with exceptional precision that can operate at speeds of up to 640 ppm.
OCS has developed a NEW GENERATION checkweigher; the EC-ESSENTIAL (abv.EC-E); which is designed for standard market level requirements at a throughput of up to 150 ppm (equal up to 90 m/min).The ergonomically designed stainless steel cabinet accommodates all electrical components. OCS have also incorporated many of their high-quality standard components such as servo drives, patented conveyor technology, etc. This will benefit the end user, due to OCS proven precision, quality and reliability for standard applications; for all industries.
The new built-in industrial PC guarantees perfect control of the connected drives and therefore an optimised product handling. The new EC-E comes with an 8” colour touch screen with easy to use functionality. For ease of line integration, each EC-E comes with line synchronisation as a standard.
The system is available in three different weighing ranges, (up to 1,500; 3,000 and 6,000 g) which helps to support the flexibility for different conveyor size requirements (both length and width can be specified).
Incorrect weights are rejected by an air-blast device (standard). Alternative rejection devices can also be specified as additional options. Production data can be captured and transmitted by several interfaces or simply saved to a USB stick at the machine.
