Construction equipment spare parts.

Cautrac parts department has grown continuously over the last ten years, the initial concept was to source and supply parts in-house to its very busy workshops, Mark Kent ( parts manager) soon realised that Cautrac could help other companies by offering pa
They had first hand experience of this type of imported equipment and knew which parts cause common problems and so very quickly were able to build a stock of spares to suit a variety of machines. In 2002 Cautrac were appointed official importers of Morooka and Yamaguchi tracked dumpers this then gave them the chance to expand their spare parts range, once again Mark saw the chance to develop his knowledge not only on the brands they were agents for but for all tracked dumpers.
They are now Europe’s largest stockist of spare parts to suit Morooka Yanmar Mitsubishi Komatsu Hitachi and IHI tracked dumpers.
In 2005 after some rapid growth in the parts market Cautrac began developing there own range of rubber tracks and rubber pads, Mark Kent had several years experience of this type of product and saw the potential for a range of heavy duty rubber tracks at a competitive price. He says “ tracked dumper tracks have one of the hardest jobs in construction, with high speeds and heavy loads there is no room for poor quality, we spent a lot of time picking the best tracks for each application so that we can now offer one of the best rubber track selections on the market for excavators, tracked dumpers and skid steers all under the Cautrac brand.”
In 2007 Cautrac opened their second branch in the Bolton area this gave them the chance to expand the range once again, this time they looked to the export market for growth and the popular JCB brand. Over the next two years they grew their experience of aftermarket 3CX backhoe loader and telescopic handler parts and now carry a stock second to none.
Mark’s next project is excavator undercarriage parts, he says “as mini excavator sales have developed so much over the last few years there is now a position in the market for quality undercarriage parts at an affordable price and I believe that is something we are in a good position to be able to offer”. This would fulfil our ethos of being a one stop shop for all makes and all models of construction equipment, and being able to supply anything from a single filter to a complete undercarriage, a beacon to a full set of buckets.
