Cautrac now supply a range of fully automatic Quick Hitches for 5 to 80 ton machines
1:Lower main frame constructed from Hardox 450 for strength and durability.2:Use's standard buckets fitted with dummy pins, requires no costly modifications to existing buckets Just a pair of pins.
3:All hitches are CE marked and conform to the Machinery Directive (directive 98/37/EC) and with HSE national legislation.
4:All hitches supplied with fitting kit including high pressure hoses, control valve and switch, operators manual and cab stickers
Safety features:
A :Double locking system - locks both pins individually, front pin cannot be released until rear pin is fully unlocked
B:Check valves fitted in both ram and control valve in case of hydraulic failure
C: 2 stage control switch incorporating 2 buzzers to redcue the risk of accidental release
D:Incorporates a gravitiy lock for the rear pin and a full cover locking plate over the front pin, rear pin must be unlocked first before allowing release of front pin.
5:Indicator tab signals to the driver when both pins are unlocked
