The new MultiCon CMC-99 series from Metrix Electronics, offers simultaneous measurement, indication and PID control functions for industrial process control applications, plus new flexible data recording capabilities.
The MultiCon CMC-99 series offers simultaneous measurement, indication and PID control functions for industrial process control applications, plus new flexible data recording capabilities. Configuring the many features is easy with the touch-screen TFT colour display. Inputs, or groups of inputs, can be displayed in numeric, bargraph or graphical format. Each input can be named, scaled and captioned by the user. Housed in a compact 96x96mm panel mounting enclosure, they can be equipped with one, two or three modules offering a choice of up to 48 analogue or digital inputs and 16 relay, SSR or current outputs. Having a modular design enables different combinations of digital, 0/4-20mA current, 0/2-10V voltage, RTD or thermocouple temperature inputs. External sensors and actuators can be directly connected and a 24V/200mA sensor power supply is provided. The output modules can be relays, SSRs or 0/4-20mA current types. Outputs can be logical combinations of several inputs and one input can control multiple outputs. An optional advanced communications module adds RS-232/485 serial, extra USB and Ethernet ports. The optional DAQ Manager software allows visualisation, archiving and printing of recorded measurements. All versions have an RS-485 (Modbus RTU) serial port for standard communications, plus a USB host port for a keyboard or mouse and USB device port for PC communications.Accessories include a transparent locking front door and mini USB memory sticks.Other Press Releases By This Company
