ITM Components introduce Extron XPA Series high power Multi-Channel Amplifiers

Extron introduce the new XPA series of Multi-Channel, High Power Amplifiers, which is now available at ITM Components. Extron XTRA™ XPA Series is a 1U, convection-cooled power amplifier delivering up to four channels of 800 watts rms. This miodule is perfect for usage in conference rooms, presentation theatres and many other commercial presentation activities.
These professional grade amplifier features a 100 dB signal-to-noise ratio with 0.1% THD+N. The XPA Series is an ENERGY STAR® qualified and UL verified amplifier with an Extron exclusive, highly efficient, advanced Class D amplifier design. It also features patented CDRS™ - Class D Ripple Suppression technology that provides a smooth, clean audio waveform and an improvement in signal fidelity over conventional Class D amplifiers. The XPA Series is half the size of comparable amplifiers, conserving rack space and weighing only 9 lbs (4 kg).Of the XPA Series, there are six product variations, consisting of two, three and four channel amplifiers for low and high impedance systems. The units are fully 1U rack mountable units, the width of a full rack enclosure.
