Pearl Scan Upgrade Their Book Scanner for Improved Book, Magazine and Comic Scanning!

Pearl Scan Solutions are proud to have recently purchased a brand new, up-to-date and innovative overhead book scanner - of which there are only 3 in the UK.

Due to an increased order of books and rare magazines in need of scanning, we are updating our current printing devices, starting by acquiring the coveted book2net Ultra scanner which is capable of scanning books, magazines, newspapers and comics of all shapes and sizes.

The purchase of this new scanner enables a much faster and more accurate scanning service. Because the overhead scanner is above the books that are scanned, there is less effect on the delicate paper, reducing the risk of fading. In effect, the scanner will take a high quality image akin to what a digital camera would from above in very high quality resolution of around 400dpi and a sizing of up to 50 megapixels.
