Claire Pearson, 37 from Cheddar is an accounts manager for Rotamec, a mechanical and electrical engineers, providing 24hr breakdown service.Claire, who is in charge of the time keeping system, explained her problems ‘We were having to clock in and out manually using timesheets. People were coming in late and it wasn’t always clear how much time they had worked overall. It was becoming a nightmare to calculate. So we were
looking for a new solution that would enable us to have more accurate time keeping and that would save me a lot of time getting the hours ready for payroll.’
