The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa) has welcomed three new area managers on board its growing team, to provide support to existing salon stockists and to develop business in the UK.

Caroline Kirk has been appointed area manager for Scotland.  She studied beauty therapy at Glasgow's Central College of Commerce and went on to work in a five star spa.  Her wealth of experience landed her a role as an instructor for a leading skincare brand where she had the chance to travel the world to promote the products. Caroline has also worked in Dubai as a senior therapist and trainer and has experience in the aesthetics field.

Kate Savage has joined as area manager for North West England.  In addition to a passion for good skincare, Kate's 18 years of experience in high street retailing is enabling her to pass on great advice in ways to exceed customers' expectations and increase local business.  Kate excelled in her most recent role as a store manager for a cosmetic and skincare company with high make-up sales that resulted in her store being ranked first in her region and second in the UK.

Tina Rollings has been appointed area manager for South London. Her passion for beauty started at the age of 16 when working on a make-up counter. From there Tina moved into the beauty industry full time, working as a make-up artist and trainer for a leading make-up company.
