iiaa introduces Free Taster Experience Events to Boost Business

The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa) has introduced a free salon support event called the Taster Experience.
The one-day event format offers a one-to-one session with an expert for six clients and is designed to help educate clients about how best to look after their skin and to increase Environ® facial treatment bookings. Environ® stockists across the country are already benefitting from the new event, which is hosted by iiaa skin analysis experts, whose role is to help salon owners achieve business success through greater satisfaction and increased income. One of the first new events, held at new Environ stockist Kristy’s Beauty Salon in Whitby, yielded facial treatment bookings worth £3000, with all six clients signing up for a course.
During the appointment, each client’s skin is first analysed using powerful imaging equipment to identify issues from fine lines to congestion and hyper-pigmentation, after which a 30 minute ‘taster’ facial is given, designed to address their specific skin concerns and result in immediate radiance.
Business partners Erica Legg and Kristy McGovern were delighted with the results. “The Taster Experience event was wonderful,” said Erica. “Every single client bought not only a course worth £500 but also products to use at home. We’ve already had to order more stock as we hadn’t realised just how popular the range would be with both clients and our staff. Taking on Environ® is the best decision we’ve made in a long while!”
