iiaa Seminar Will Focus on Smart Business Building Strategies

Inspirational talks from successful entrepreneurs, real life success stories and effective strategies to employ in your own business are the focus of a major seminar, just announced by the International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa).
‘Smart Strategies for 2012’ will take place at ExCel, London on 4 March, alongside the Professional Beauty exhibition. Headline speaker Hilary Devey, an award-winning entrepreneur and star of Dragons’ Den also starred in the Business Inspector, where her expert advice dramatically improved a spa’s turnover. She will share her remarkable rags to riches story, her strategies for success, and give invaluable tips on how you can drive your business forward.
Other industry experts will provide fresh ideas to help salons to flourish in the year ahead. They will cover the use of social media to build relationships with your clients, as well as other proven strategies which can be implemented at low cost to create interest and excitement in your salon.
There will be insight from a leading trends forecasting authority into ways stores are innovating to stay ahead of their competitors, with a case study from the beauty industry. Further food for thought will come from one of the UK’s most engaging sales trainers, who will provide practical advice on converting interest into income.
