I cannot praise Westfield enough throughout. We quickly discovered that there is a wide level of knowledge and lack of in this area! Craig started by offering to come and meet with the residents and explain exactly what would happen. The care taken with the removal and disposal of the asbestos left absolutely nothing to chance. We were provided with paperwork detailing every detail. All of the residents felt in good hands. The schedule was laid out clearly block by block and the timing spot on. Lewis and the team were professional and polite. Not the cheapest, but worth every last penny!
Everyone at Westfield was amazing at helping me at very short notice when I had a crisis. Craig was extremely organised and located all the other services that I needed to come in very quickly once the asbestos had been safely removed. The quality of the work completed is excellent and everyone I spoke to was friendly, kind, understanding and professional. I can’t recommend them all enough. The team were professional throughout. From the initial survey to the day of completion, we were kept well informed with a schedule and when we returned, were amazed at how tidy the property was considering the works done.
