Our Services Include:
CNC Routing
Our CNC router enables us to cut Perspex, polycarbonate, and wood into any shape and size needed, based on customer specifications and drawing files like AutoCAD.
Laser Engraving / Cutting
Our laser is capable of cutting intricate designs and engraving fine details, including small text. When cutting Perspex, it leaves a polished edge that requires no additional finishing.
Museum Grade Display Cases
At XG Plastics, we take great pride in our expertly crafted, museum-grade display cases. Collaborating with artists, model makers, sculptors, and museum exhibition designers, our showcases are featured in renowned galleries and museums across the country.
Polishing
We now provide a diamond polishing service that delivers a high-gloss, polished edge on acrylic and Perspex. Additionally, we offer hand polishing, mop polishing, and flame polishing services.
Sheets Cut to Cize
We provide custom-cut sheets up to 3m x 2m, with smaller pieces available for immediate cutting based on stock. Edges can be finished and polished upon request. Our materials include acrylic (Perspex), polycarbonate, foam PVC (Foamex), aluminium composite, and more.
Bespoke Furniture
