Here at ZND, we are also proud to be the leading developers of SmartWeld technology, which is designed to manufacture stronger and safer demarcation equipment. We use resistance welding, which is where we join two pieces of steel together and then run electricity through them to melt them together. This therefore results in an extremely strong joint, and unlike traditional welding, there is no added steel. SmartWeld is widely recognised for its durability, reduction of health and safety issues, better value for money and reduction in rusting.
