The RFM-T Series is a range of digital refractometers made in the UK from Bellingham + Stanley, a Xylem brand. These digital refractometers have been designed by experts with the world’s food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial industries in mind.
Each digital refractometer in the RFM-T series is fitted with a Peltier temperature control system and wide beam optics. At the heart of the RFM-T series refractometer is a precision engineered flat prism surface for fast, accurate readings and easy-cleaning, as well as a state-of-the-art 7 inch capacitive touchscreen which is bright and clear, durable, and simple to use (even whilst wearing PPE gloves).

Bellingham + Stanley has been manufacturing quality optical instrumentation since 1914. Whether it’s a simple handheld refractometer, digital refractometer for factory or commercial laboratory or an Abbe refractometer for education, Bellingham + Stanley can offer a choice of instruments to suit analytical and budgetary needs.

Our products include the internationally recognised RFM series of digital refractometers that provide the highest measuring accuracy with precise thermal control up to 80°C, and the OPTi digital handheld refractometer that offers reliable measurement on the move. ADP400 Series polarimeters, now fitted with Peltier temperature control, offer single wavelength measurement to 0.001° angular, supported by the ADP600 Series that offers highest precision, Peltier temperature controlled optical rotation analysis over the UV/Vis spectrum. All instruments satisfy the operational requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR Part 11 and EP/USP/BP, making them ideal for use in busy pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical laboratories. Bellingham + Stanley is part of Xylem, Bellingham + Stanley now offers sales and support of other Xylem brand handheld and laboratory instrumentation within the United Kingdom including pH/Cond./DO/ISE electrodes & meters, Titrators , Spectrophotometers & Viscosity Systems (WTW/SI Analytics - Germany), Biochemistry & Chemical Analysers (YSI Life Sciences and OI Analytical − USA) and Precision Thermometers & Data Loggers (ebro − Germany).

Bellingham + Stanley also offer a range of certified reference materials for refractometers & polarimeters, calibrated in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
