Forklift Tipping Skips and Tipping bins

A simple yet effective way of collecting, transporting and disposing of factory waste whilst utilising the forklift truck.

Our range of forklift tipping skips and tipping bins come in either 3mm regular duty or 5mm heavy duty thick steel, and in sizes ranging from 0.25m3 capacity to 2.00m3 capacity.

All our tipping skips come with full width release handles for ease of operation, pre-drilled castors plates to allow castors to be fitted at any time (no welding required) and safety security chains to ensure the forklift tipping skip is fastened to the forklift truck.

We can supply our forklift tipping skips in a range of different colours to help with waste segregation as well as additional livery if requested.

Fully tested and certified, all our tipping skips and tipping bins come 'CE' marked and are supplied with a full set of operating instructions and test certification

Forklift Safety Cage

Suiltable for 2 people, our most popular forklift safety cage is the ideal forklift attachment to have on hand when emergency and un-scheduled usage is required. Fixing a broken gutter, replacing a high level light bulb, carrying out emergency building maintenance work, these are just some of the areas our forklift safety cage can help with when working safely at height is required.

Our forklift safety cage and man riding baskets are manufactured to compll fully with PM 28 (fourth edition) and in doing so, you can be assured you are using a forklift safety cage that is fit for purpose and above all, compliant with health and safety.

The forklift safety cage comes fitted with a handrail/harness rail as standard, and offers a footprint size of 1000mm x 1000mm. Heel retention pins ensures the forklift safety cage if safely secured to your forklift forks, and a full height perforated back guard keeps personnel away from the mechanics and chain mechanism of the forklift mast.

All our forklift safety cages and man riding baskets come fully tested, certified and come supplied with a complete set of operating instructions.

Goods Transfer Platform

Designed for allowing the safe transportation of goods around site, or from one level to another, our Goods Transfer Platforms are designed to suit your exact requirements.

Strictly non-man riding and for the purpose of transporting goods only, our Goods Transfer Platforms offer a safe and convenient way of moving and transporting bulky goods whilst utilising your forklift truck.

The Goods Transfer Platforms come with a front loading ramp as standard and come supplied with either safety chains, gate or full drop down ramp on the front, to safely contain the goods withing the platform.

The Goods Transfer Platform comes 'CE' marked, fully tested, certified and supplied with a full set of operating instructions.

Forklift Jib

Ideal for handling long and awkward loads through use with the forklift, our forklift jibs and crane booms offer a simple way to convert your forklift into a mobile crane.

Supplied at a fixed length of 1800mm, and with a hook and shackle supplied as standard, our forklift jib and crane boom offers a simple yet effective solution for lifting and load handling.

Several lifting points on the underside of the forklift jib offers flexibility for handling loads of different lengths.

Forklift Extender Jib

Forklift Hook Attachment

Our forklift hook attachment is a simple to fit and easy to operate attachment that allows heavy loads to be safely slung between the forklift forks.

The forklift hook attachment can be positioned along the fork length and offers an effective solution to lifting and handling heavy loads.

We supply our forklift hook attachments in a range of capacities, starting from 1000kgs and going upto 5000kgs (larger models can also be supplied). Large 'T' screw retainers ensures the forklift hook attachment is safely fastended to the forklift forks.

Vertical Drum Lifter - Drum Tong

Our fully automatic forklift drum tongs allows drums to lifted vertical whilst suspended below a crane hook. Fully automatic in operation, there is no need for forklift operator to leave the cab during the lifting process.

The design of our fully automatic drum tong allows for the attachment to locate onto the rim of the drum, close and safety fasten to allow the drum to be lifted. All of this can be carried out from the convenience of the forklift cab.

Our vertical drum lifter is suitable for use with 210 litre steel and plastic ('L & XL ring) drums thus ensuring the most popular drums on the market are catered for.

Forklift Drum Grab

Suitable for handling 210 litre steel drums with rolling hoops, our forklift drum grab is an ideal attachment for where low to medium volume of drum handling is required.

Fully automatic in operation, steel drums can be lifted, transported and re-positioned all whilst utilising the forklift truck. The forklift drum grab is simple to operate, simple to fit and the ideal attachment to remove the injury risk from manual drum handlings.

Forklift Drum Lifter - Plastic Drums

Suitable for use with 210 litre steel drums and also 210 litre 'L' ring and 'XL' ring plastic drums, our forklift drum lifter is a useful attachment that can be fitted to the forks of the forklift truck to allow steel and plastic drums to be safely lifted and transported

Through use of an 'adjuster' our forklift drum lifter can be tailored to suit steel or plastic drums, ideal for where mixed drum handling is required.

Forklift Drum Handler - Rim Grip

Designed for lifting drums via the rim, our forklift drum handler is ideal for handling drums where the drums are packed tightly on pallets. By simply lifting the drums via the drum rim, the forklift drum handler does not interfere with any other drums that are in close proximity.

This forklift drum handler is also ideal for where drums can be picked up or set down without spaces between them, such as loading or de-loading containers.

Mauser Drum Handler

Designed for handling 'Egg Shaped' plastic Mauser drums, the Mauser Drum Handler offer a simple and effective way of handling this awkward shaped drum whilst utilising the forklift truck.

The design of the Mauser Drum Handler allows the mauser drum to be cradled on the base whilst also being supported mid way up.

Drum Rotator

Designed to slide onto the forks of a forklift truck to handle both 210 litre steel drums and 210 litre 'L' and 'XL' ring plastic drums, the forklift drum rotator comes supplied with two webbing straps and ratchets to prevent slippage.

Utilising a high quality gearbox, our forklift drum rotator allows drums to be rotated and poured in a controlled, precise and safe manner.

The forklift drum rotator can either come supplied with a crank handle for rotation or loop chain (ideal for where drums are rotated above head height).

Forklift Yard Sweeper Attachment

Comprising of eight rows of Polypropylene bristles, our forklift yard sweeper offers a quick, simple and effecient way of converting your forklift truck into a mobile sweeper.

Simply fitted to the forkls of the forklift truck, the forklift yard sweeper can be used the same way as a conventional broom, but without the manual labour and downtime. The bristles of the forklift yard sweeper can be interchanged and replaced when needed.

Fork Protection Shoe Covers

A low cost and effective solution to fork protection, simply fitted, these thick and durable Polyester woven protective sleeves help reduce damage to the forklift forks when heavy products such as concrete and steel are handled. Not just limited to protecting the fork however, the protective sleeve covers also help provide protection to fragile products that could otherwise be damaged by the steel contact of the fork blade.
