Medpage Ltd T/A Easy Link UK, was established during 1984 after the invention of an alarm clock to wake deaf people.
The clock then called the Travel mate, later re-named the Shake Awake, provided a reliable method for a deaf person to wake up. The clock has since achieved worldwide acclaim and is known throughout most deaf communities. The clock features a built in vibrating mechanism controlled by the digital clock’s alarm output. When the clock reaches alarm time, the vibrating mechanism is switched on. The clock is positioned under the pillow of the user. The effect of the vibration at alarm time disturbs the user from sleep.
Since the alarm clock, many products have been brought to market by Easylink including: wireless smoke alarm systems for deaf people, monitors to detect a person with Epilepsy experiencing a seizure when in bed, bed leaving alarms, fall monitors and alarms for people with medical conditions.
During 2003, Easylink achieved accreditation after audit to ISO EN 13485:2003 and type approval for an Epileptic bedtime seizure monitor. The monitor called the Medpage, has achieved a high level of success in the detection of seizures in over 3000 users. The monitor is popular due to the simplicity of use, reliability and of course the fact that it is manufactured as a certified medical device.
Easylink continue to expand with associates worldwide and have the resources for product design, manufacture and distribution on local and international levels. Easylink will soon release details of a new design seizure monitor, which is being designed for hospital monitoring and data logging of patient seizure activity. There are also a couple of products close to achieving kite mark status. Details will be released very soon.
Easylink employ staff that are trained to a high level of professionalism and can offer advice for product selection and product support. After sales service is very important, especially when patient care products are concerned. Our staff will make certain that you are buying the correct products for your requirements.
When is comes to caring you have to care and we do, it is our business.

How We Got Our Nights Back Our lives were personally touched in December by epilepsy. Our youngest son, “E”, was admitted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, after we discovered him having a Tonic-Clonic seizure shortly after midnight, the day after Christmas.
To my regret, the equipment I bought from Medpage/Easylink turned out not to be suitable for my elderly mother's circumstances. That is a shame, because it was a phone & sound detector with a vibrating pad that worked very well - it just would not have been any help when she has the Radio or TV on loud all the time. This review is therefore for the company's customer service, which I found to be exemplary.
