Notts Sport is the market leader in the design and supply of synthetic multi-use games areas – or ‘MUGAs’. An artificial grass MUGA is ideal for customers with limited funding or space, wanting a full-size synthetic pitch that can cater for a wide variety of activities. Notts Sport MUGAs range from single court areas sized to Sport England’s recommended dimensions, through to full-size multi-use sports synthetic pitches.

The Notts Sport benchmark - Designing multi-use artificial grass sports facilities to meet performance standards for a wide variety of activities requires a specialist understanding of synthetic sports pitches and the performance for individual sports and games, including tennis, hockey, netball, football and basketball.

Notts Sport provides a range of surface and shockpad constructions to meet these requirements including its unique shockpad and performance control layers, plus sand-filled tufted and needlepunched synthetic grasses, sand-dressed tufted grasses and specialist 3rd Generation (3G) synthetic grasses.

The composition of the shockpad, performance control layer and synthetic grass surfacing will depend on the combination of sports you want to offer, meaning that every MUGA is designed to our individual customer’s needs.

Childsplay Safer Playground Systems
ChildsPlay is a cost-effective, versatile playground surfacing system ideal for both new builds and refurbishments. It can be installed over flat or sloped surfaces, offering up to 3.0 meters of critical fall height protection. Perfect for "freeplay" areas or under play equipment like swings and climbing frames, ChildsPlay’s colourful, slip-resistant artificial turf eliminates mud and puddles, keeping children safer and cleaner.

Our Multi-Use Games Area design provides a cost-effective way to offer a range of activities on one surface.
