New business relationship helps create more accessible homes

The Platform Lift Company is delighted to be working with Branch Properties Ltd as their main provider of accessibility surveys for lift installations.
Branch Properties Ltd is now in a position to source even more properties as potential homes that meet the needs of people with disabilities through this new business relationship.
The expertise offered by the Platform Lift Company will help open up new opportunities for living within homes that cover more than one floor and make rooms accessible to all the family.
Sallie Stone-Bearne, founder and Director of Branch Properties is passionate that the same opportunities for comfortable home living must be available for everyone and is looking forward to being able to introduce an even more exciting range of properties with the introduction of a platform lift.

We search throughout the country for homes that are suited to our client’s unique requirements therefore we are excited to be working with the Platform Lift Company as, with their specialist skill, we will be able to offer even more opportunities for finding the perfect accessible home."
The Platform Lift Company will carry out a full site survey complete with site and product specific drawings for the client to ensure lift installations can be achieved within the available space whilst meeting planning permissions and building regulations. 3D visualisations will display how access solutions fit within an environment in more detail.
The Platform Lift Company will also work with Branch Properties Limited in the specification of other products which can overcome physical barriers and provide the best design solution that will be in keeping with the style of the house or its historic value and protect the foundations of the property. Guidance will also be given about suitable access solutions which could add value to a property and the available materials and finishes to enhance both internal and external living areas.
