During October, we completed our ISO 9001 customer feedback survey for instrument sales completed within the last 12 months.
When asked about overall satisfaction, we are pleased to report 77% of our customers reported that they were totally satisfied with a further 15% reporting a satisfied response. Our Company scored very highly with regards customer service (100% satisfied / totally satisfied). Similarly, we received excellent feedback in all sub-categories. Of particular note was our sales support with 100% totally satisfied / satisfied response.The customer service and communication element (which includes feedback on our telephone and written contact) also scored particularly highly with a 100% totally satisfied / satisfied response. The value, quality, performance and delivery time sub-categories also stood out with an excellent response. Finally, we asked our customers to score our performance relative to other companies operating in a similar field; with a mark of five being an equivalent service. Consequently, with the average score computed at 9.0 out of a maximum of 10 points available, we have again performed extremely well with a marginal improvement against the previous year.
Domestic sales included a Proam ammonia monitor for Wessex Water to replace an instrument that provided 18 years of continuous service. We also received a purchase order for 15 Proam ammonia monitors, to be installed at sites across Severn Trent Water for final effluent monitoring. Two analysers will be supplied immediately and the others to be scheduled over the next four months.
