The RLA/6 Double Timber Fronted Litter & Recycling Bin

This litter and recycling bin offer the best of both worlds with its fibreglass body and wooden slats on the front. It gives you a bin that’ll serve you for a long, long time.

The 196-litre size provides ample waste capacity that doesn’t require frequent emptying. What’s more, having two separate waste streams eliminates the chances of cross-contamination.

The wooden cladding is certainly durable, but being reinforced by a fibreglass body is the cherry on top – your bin won’t rust and it makes it extra tough.

Not only is this bin a customer favourite thanks to its reliability and handsome design but there are plenty of customisation options. And we know you love these!

Advantages of fibreglass

1 Damage resistant & wallet-friendly

The high tensile strength means it’s much harder to damage a glass fibre product by stretching. Their flexibility allows the fibres to bend without damage when subjected to stress or impact. Fibreglass also contains excellent thermal stability, leaving it unaffected in extreme temperatures, hot or cold.

And this may seem obvious, but if you buy a bin that’s designed with longevity in mind, you’re not going to be pulling out your wallet every few months to fix those damages. If glass fibre bins could talk, they’d tell you to ‘put that credit card back in your pocket. I’m here to stay’.

Are wooden bins good?

Well, that depends on what you mean by good. If you mean good as in eco-friendly and durability good, then absolutely.

We reached out to Wybone to see if they could help provide a couple of playground bins after the previous school and the surrounding area burned down and then vandals burned the bins left by the contractor. Kerry in their Sales team spoke with the MD and they very kindly donate some fantastic bins to the school which look brilliant and have significantly helped with the litter in the playground.The colours and style look great too plus they even come with metal flaps which stop the birds pulling food out the bins messing up the playground and stopping the birds steal a quick lunch.What a great company with really helpful and responsive staff that go that extra mile to provide a fantastic customer experience
