Trip Amplifiers

The family of Trip Amplifiers available range from a single setpoint loop powered device to a powered dual setpoint unit with isolated re-transmission and an LED display of inputs and setpoints.

The 20-ALM is a 4-20mA direct current loop powered trip amplifier. The device derives its power from the input signal and therefore requires no external power supply.

The output of the 20-ALM is a single pole, normally open, solid state relay which can be configured to close either above or below the adjustable setpoint. The switched output can be connected to any potential within 1kV of the transmitter supply, while transients of 2.5kV can be withstood.

The relay is designed to switch AC or DC.

FD5000 Universal Digital Panel Indicator

Temperature Controllers

Fuji PXR3 temperature controllers are the latest additions to Fuji Electric's trusted line of process and temperature controllers. The PXR3 is a 1/32 DIN (48mm x 24mm) popular in OEM application. It is compact, easy to use and with a large LED display.

In addition to auto-tuning and fuzzy control, Fuji PXR3 temperature controllers now come with self-tuning - an innovation in the control field. Self-tuning automatically re-tunes the controller under certain conditions, without the need to revert to auto-tuning.

High Performance Absolute Pressure Transmitter

The Fuji Electric FCX AII V5 series of pressure transmitters use a silicon micro-capacitance cell proven on thousands of difficult applications. They are installed in harsh environments on oil pipelines, power stations, gas compressor stations, water treatment plants and steel plants.

Fuji Electric is recognised as a world leader for low draft range measurements or for dp measurements at very high static pressure.
